Our customer will receive complementary free recall notification related to their equipment. On monthly basis we review all FDA recalls and alerts and compare it with our customer’s database, if the serial number and description match our customer’s equipment we immediately inform them with the urgent recall and we help them in completing required documentation and any appropriate work.
